Founder’s Biography

Kokul Raj is the Founder and Managing Director of Create Academy of English Language, an institute dedicated to delivering high-quality IELTS preparation and guiding students towards international academic and professional opportunities.
Originally from Batticaloa, he is currently based in Kalmunai. His engagement with the English language began at the age of sixteen. Through perseverance, disciplined study, and a steadfast commitment to self-improvement, he developed a strong command of the language and later completed HND, BA, and PGD qualifications in English, establishing a solid academic foundation for his career in language education.
With extensive experience as an English and ICT teacher and an IELTS lecturer, Mr. Kokularaj has guided numerous learners towards achieving their target band scores and pursuing opportunities for higher education and migration abroad. His teaching approach combines academic rigour, strategic examination training, and personalised guidance.
Further enhancing the academy’s professional standing, Mr. Kokularaj serves as an IELTS Registration Partner of the British Council, enabling Create Academy of English Language to assist candidates with IELTS test registration.
Today, the academy operates in Kalmunai and Batticaloa, providing accessible and high-quality IELTS preparation for students across the region.
